I am the right-hand man for my service manager. I create jobs, quotes for jobs, help him bid jobs, keep customers informed about their status on our schedule, etc. I also am in charge of invoicing customers, applying payments and also working the collections part of service accounting as well. I work closely with our crews, and I am the one scheduling them onto jobs as well. I make sure each job has accurate information and photos and that the crews are following all of our safety protocols. I also schedule, dispatch and manage (2) two-man roofing crews, and working on building to (3).
