Instructional Aide in a Middle School Specialized Learning Classroom

- Provides childcare at after school program for children ages 3-6- Assists with leading campers through hands-on centers, leading art projects, facilitating experiments and encouraging friendship between campers- Confidently instructing a group of 10-15 campers - Collaborating with other teachers on lesson plans and activities

Served on 7 person executive team to spread the mission of CHAARG, a national organization that utilizes health and fitness to promote mental and physical health in collie-age women. Duties include:+ Managing and coordinating events for a chapter of 75+ women+ Leading weekly workouts to a group of 10+ people to help members achieve their personal fitness goals+ Communicating with a national community of over 10,00 women through social media to promote the mission of CHAARG+ Maintaining the organization of all chapter materials + Communicating with new chapter members+ Assisting with all member inquiry responses in a timely manner+ Calculating monthly and semesterly membership analytics and reporting

- Works as a member of the Academic Success Team- Leads individual tutoring sessions on the subject of America Sign Language- Schedules tutoring appointments - Certified CRLA Level 1 Tutor

- Leads tours for prospective students- Assists with special events on campus - Works with students on scholarship competition days
