Customer Data Team Manager
Current- I work with external customers and the internal teams with regards the distribution of pallets, managing pallet stock, KPI reporting and general customer service escalations. I manage the data team which consists of 5.
- Managing the data team’s holiday requests, PDRs/Appraisals, well-being and career progression
- Responsible for escalations and customer complaints
- Responsible for new customer implementation in SAP and Sales team support
- Customer contract/pricing implementation
- Optimising/developing the tools and processes used by customers and the team
