During my studies at the university I work part-time as a salesperson at the textile and rug department. As a salesperson my job is to support the daily process of the department, with the goal to inspire our customers and simplify their buying process.In addition to my tasks within sales I am responsible for sustainability and communication at the textile and rug department.

My position was within the Recovery department of IKEA. The main focus of the Recovery department is to minimise unnecessary costs related to products and poor product quality, and when costs occur turn the costs into revenues for the stores bottom profit line.As a recovery specialist, working summers and during my studies, my job was to help and support theRecovery process, including handling customer returns, internal damage, stock loss, recycling, and repacking. The job also included helping the stores bargain sales with a lot of customer interaction in many different ways.
