Their vision, to become Australia’s leading integrated resort company is underpinned by multi-million-dollar projects across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sydney. **Projects Allocated to Lead the Talent Acquisition Workstream** Queen's Wharf Brisbane Project - Talent Acquisition Leader (April 2022 to May 2023) The $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf development is set to transform Brisbane. The integrated resort will feature 12 football fields of open space, four hotels, 50 cafes, bar and restaurants, and a 1,500-seat ballroom. Set to be opened in a staged approach from the end of 2023 to 2027. This project had planned headcount mobility of the existing headcount and an uplift of an additional 1000+ headcount. My role was to design the strategic sourcing for both the mobility and uplift headcount requirements and the respective Talent Acquisition Delivery Plans. In addition to this planning, I stood up the Talent Acquisition Project team in preparation for the delivery mode to commence. Remediation Project - Talent Acquisition Leader(January 2023 to May 2023) A project developed at the end of 2022 as a result of the regulatory inquiry into the Casion industry and The Star’s operating model. The Star implemented a comprehensive remediation plan to serve as the company’s integrated roadmap for improving its governance, culture, and controls. Examples of actions taken to date include introducing stronger controls, enhancing the regulatory compliance functions and training, adding new members to our Board, rebuilding the senior leadership team, and separating our Risk and Legal functions. My role was to manage the Talent Acquisition Project team, NSW, and QLD-based teams as they delivered the recruitment of these newly designed roles across the corporate divisions of Risk, Legal, and Compliance. -
