I have been working in Operation for Equinox for the last three months. My role is to make sure our customers are looked after and that everything runs smoothly as possible for them, from the moment they place their first order, working between client and supplier to make sure their telecom installations are run smoothly and day to day requirements are answered.Equinox provide independent advice to organisations on the complete range of Telecoms services and helping them find the best supplier at reduced prices. I worked in various Sales/Customer Services roles while working at Netco including Internal Account Manager & Customer Service Advisor, I really enjoyed my time here and learning about the telecoms industry. While working at Netco I completed my NEC Sales Training Course (SV9100) and Various certificated modules with Vodafone.

In my time at Robinwill I dealt with all aspects of administration and marketing duties. The day to day role included talking to customers and dealing with all calls; dealing with customer queries; running appointment & installation books; liasing with sales staff, fitters and customers with their appointments / jobs etc.; ordering material; organising building regulations; updating ISO accreditations; updating databases and filing. I also dealt with the marketing, which included organising leaflets and distribution; updating adverts in the Yellow Advertiser, Thomson Local and BT books, keeping records of our marketing sources; printing of all products & merchanising and after sales care for customers.

My responsibilities was to run and attend all seminars, events and training courses.The role involved:- Obtaining appropriate mailing lists for delegates.- Printing and organising mailings for invitations- Updating database with delegates interest in products-Booking and sources venues/hotels-Booking flights and travel plans for events- Organising and co-ordinating all speeches-Organising all literature for each event-Running and attending all eventsThis was a very fast pace job which I loved, not only did I get to meet and work with many interesting people, I also got to visit some wonderful places and everyday was different. I left here in 2001 to have my son who is now 16 years old.
