I am the Founder & Managing Director of The Awareness Centre and The Awareness Centre Training School, and I am a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, Addictions Specialist, Clinical Supervisor, and Trainer. I am MBACP Senior Accredited (Member of British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), and UKRCP Registered (United Kingdom Register of Counsellors & Psychotherapists). About 25 years ago, I realised I had somehow lost my direction and passion. Unsure of my future path, I entered therapy to explore my issues and start my own journey of self-discovery. The more deeply involved I became in the therapeutic process, the greater my passion for therapy became. It wasn’t long before I entered clinical training myself to study counselling and psychotherapy. In 2005 I established The Awareness Centre with the aim of creating a platform to share my knowledge with others eager to embark on the own journey of self-discovery and change. The Awareness Centre team comprises experienced, highly-qualified and reputable therapists.I work with individuals, couples and groups, and am a registered provider of most healthcare insurance companies including, Allianz, Aviva, BUPA Global, Pru Health, and WPA. I have a special interest in working with addictions, relationships and trauma.In 2020 I founded The Awareness Centre Training School, bringing together a dynamic team of highly experienced tutors to deliver counselling and supervision training and equip students with all the skills and experience they need to succeed in their careers as counsellors, therapists and clinical supervisors.I currently work in private practice from 85 Wimpole Street, Marylebone, London.Specialties: Addiction Specialist, Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, working with Trauma, Bereavement, Couples, Anxiety and Depression.
