The engineer is part of the Field Engineering Recruiting Staff and is responsible for planning and conducting Field & Operations recruiting activities including: Screening candidate referrals, interviewing candidates and candidate follow-up. This role is an integral member of the Engineering and Operations Leverage Hiring team which includes direct hires to operations and new hires to the Field. Monitor recruiting progress and recommend actions to meet recruiting goals. The role will also participate in some on-campus interviewing and career fairs. This role also assists with conduct Host training, acts as back up for hosting candidates & organizes other training/activities related to recruiting. This role provides opportunities to interact with members of leadership & the HR community on recruiting initiatives.

Developed a visual map and quantified the amount of caustic used on site to determine where recycle streams would be most effective for reducing potassium in the waste water. Evaluated the quantity and activity of the biomass in a moving bed bio-reactor for treatment of high strength waste water.Followed an aquatic toxicity protocol using Novozymes and county wastewater to determine how much effluent could be safely handled by the county. Enhanced Total Dissolved Solids Model of high strength waste water by sampling specific products.
