Throughout my years in the workforce, I have molded a solid background varying from retail, manufacturing, insurance, and pharmaceuticals. Customer Service is what I plan to stay in.By exploring through each industry, I have been able to perfect my customer service, master Microsoft applications, and obtain multiple certifications.While reflecting on my career over the last 11 years, I can’t help but think of the younger version of myself. I never imagined when I was younger that would be in some of the roles I was in. In saying that, I am blessed and thankful for each and every one of those opportunities. My work ethic is now one of my favorite qualities about myself for two main reasons. The first being that I can use those varying skills and experiences for the rest of my life no matter what role I end up in next. The second reason is because I created and perfected my work ethic all on my own. I failed many times, cried on my way to work more times than I can count, and became a first time mom who was scared to death.But I made it. I learned, I grew, and am still learning every single day. I feel endlessly grateful for each hardship, each accomplishment, and every single thing in between.Let’s connect and grow together 😊
