Localisation Manager
Current- End-to-End management of localisation projects- Identification of localisation issues or disagreements and implementation of corrective/preventative actions- Analysis of client-specific localization software application requirements- Close cooperation with software development, language specialists, terminologists, product management and other departments regarding localisation issues, linguistic/technical aspects, etc. - Evaluation and implementation of new tools - Improvement of localisation and translation processes - Management of linguistic, technical and visual quality - Monitoring team’s compliance with standards, practices and policies - Project management - Process optimisation - Requirements analysis - Preparation of complex formats for use in CAT tools - Terminology work - Localisation/translation/QA of highly complex texts
