I am a supermarket assistant based in the Customer Services Department. My primary role and responsibility is for the branch Cash Office where I carry out a range of mandatory daily, weekly and monthly operating activities and report to senior management. I also train other partners to comply with all levels of company Cash Office standards and assess their competency. I am also the branch liaison for the National Lottery. In addition, I assist the branch Compliance team with auditing activities, help out in the staff dinning room and serve on a daily basis on the checkouts.
