Berry Blue Ltd. provides food and beverage for weddings and corporate events.As one of the main Events Managers for the company, I perform a wide variety of tasks incorporated within the role. These include; · Dealing with new enquiries on a daily basis and booking in initial meetings· Organising meetings and food tastings with clients· Co-ordinating and running events at various venues from the enquiry stages, and liaising with suppliers and clients - this includes building a close relationship with the clients· Preparing and negotiating quotes within every client's budget, as well as preparing contracts and deposits · Representing the Company at various wedding exhibitions and open days· Writing a wedding checklist to include timings for all events, setting up the venues and being the main point of contact throughout the day, including the operations and close down of a venue.· Sourcing and negotiating new contracts with new venues

I worked at The Studio Gym in Bath, I teach classes ranging from Boxercise to Pilates and create tailored programmes for new clients coming to the gym.
