As a Retail Store Manager, I concentrated on developing organizational, communication, and leadership skills. I maintained focus on business performance & team capability, while establishing a positive work environment that created an exemplary customer experience. This was possible in an industry where priorities can change instantly because I proactively adapted prior, and established new, Standard Operating Procedures for the business that were intentionally designed to be fluid. In my most recent role as an Associate Recruiter, I had the opportunity to grow my skills in negotiation, research, and account management. I excel at adjusting my communication style to most effectively cater to our diverse clientele, while strategically planning my work to ensure that all Key Performance Indicators are met and exceeded.
