Responsibility for day-to-day running of on-line shop Ošatka.cz (part of “Pharmacentrum” pharmacy network), new customer acquisitions, on-line and off-line campaign management, communication and cooperation with outsourced marketing suppliers (PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, PR, social networks etc.), monitoring of competitors, copywriting (direct mail, blog, POS, social networks), marketing and sales reporting to marketing director.

Responsibility for new customer acquisition, member of international digital team sharing best practices and adopting them for the local solution, maintaining company e-shop, cooperation on marketing research (mystery shopping, usability tests etc.), reporting.

Management of personalised campaigns in on-line channels, definiton of higly-targeted campaigns in cooperation with CRM department, cooperation with designers and copywriters, campaign performance reporting.

Identification and implementation of opportunities aiming to increase sales figures within the e-sales unit. Regular involvement in company projects as an e-sales unit representative. Administration of e-shop and sales reporting.
