Current• Computer Programs used – AutoCAD 2D, Bluebeam, Excel, Adobe PDF, Word, • Drafting site, drainage, erosion control, and landscape plans per home using AutoCAD 2D following the jurisdiction's guidelines.• Drafting the model home landscape plans following Lennar's guidelines.• Prepping the pre-designed communities for site-related plan creation.• Creating checklists for site and site-related plans following Lennar and jurisdictional guidelines.• Revamped the title block and process for site plan creation by reducing the division's employee hours by an estimated 300 a year.• Review and redline other coworkers' site-related plans.• Checking the fit of homes in a community with provided information from the jurisdiction.• Edit site-related plans for RFIs or if the jurisdictions sent back plans with comments.• Developed the bones of a Site Plan Training Manual to have processes written down.• Trains new associates on site plan creation and community lot fits.
