- Create, track and report on project timelines- Produce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior management.- Responsibility for financial reporting on the project including tracking deliverables and invoicing- May participate in proposal development and sales/proposal presentations.- Monitor and coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams and project resources within and outside the organization.- Meet with team members on a regular basis regarding project tasks to ensure project milestones are met.- Lead problem solving and resolution efforts.- Manage project budgets and approval of invoices.- Produce and distribute reports and presentation materials.- Provide input into project proposals and RFPs- Train and mentor junior Project Manager staff.- Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvements- Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.- Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets project timeline metrics.

Mains tasks:- Responsible for the overall project coordination (planning, execution, coordination, monitoring andevaluation) of projects pertaining to youth participation and public policy-making - Data analysis and creation of analytical documents and policy papers- Responsible for organizing educational activities, seminars, focus groups, workshops, conferences- Led the National Working Group for youth policy-making in regards to youthemployment, education and opportunities for rural youth- Presenting and negotiating the Council’s agenda with public administration bodies and NGOs- Communicating with member organizations of the Slovak Youth Council and foreign partners

- Responsible for coordinating, planning and delivering the programme of youth activities, ensuring the focus on achieving the outcomes and impact for young refugees and asylum seekers is retained- Played key role in the delivery of the weekly sessions which included working closely with the Service Manager, Caseworkers and subsequent follow-up actions relating to supporting young people access their rights and entitlements- Played a key role in coordinating youth participation and youth leadership work- Regularly monitored and reviewed the quality of the local youth work provision through variousparticipatory methods- Conducted targeted outreach to educational, religious, cultural and entrepreneurial institutions- Ensured targeted outreach to young asylum seekers and refugees, publicising projects creatively and appropriately, including at relevant schools and colleges in the local area- Managed staff and volunteers

- Developed and delivered an effective community fundraising programme- Led the development, marketing, coordination and follow-up of fundraising events and activities- Managed social media accounts to help build and nurture a strong community of supporters

- Assisted in planning, preparing and facilitating weekly youth activities- Assisted in developing new partnerships with local organizations and firms- Provided effective casework support related to immigration, employment, education andhealthcare to young refugees and asylum seekers- Conducted research in regards to the latest governmental and international migration policies
