Responsible for supporting the Head of Network and the Network’s Senior Leadership Team to deliver HSBC's strategic priorities relating to Network colleaguesTo manage operational matters relating to colleagues, along with driving colleague engagement initiatives across the Network. Use outputs from Exchanges and Snapshot surveys, along with all other relevant MI to co-create and deliver an effective people plan. •Manage people operations for the Network, effectively leading recruitment to headcount plan, the onboarding of new entrants, supporting the yearly cycle of people processes (objectives, year-end process, pay), as well as overseeing the development of our people, as well as engagement in the local community.•Creating and implementing strategic and tactical people initiatives across the business, concentrating on our people priorities•Play a leading role in supporting Change plans within the Network business which involve colleagues – communications, mailbox management, Network questions all arise from change initiatives relating to organisation structures, business changes and colleague processes. •Supporting the Head of Network and Regional Heads in their Diversity and Inclusion plans. •Supporting the delivery and sustainment of multiple people programmes across the Network•Complex and sensitive stakeholder management, working collaboratively with teams across Head Office and the Network, ensuring a coherent people plan is delivered consistently across the business.•Driving best practice through researching and benchmarking concepts internally and externally •Supporting the delivery of HR led people projects
