I am a current PhD student in Experimental Psychology at the University of New Brunswick Saint John. The overall focus of my research is to determine the effects of writing modality, presentation modality, and delay time, in the generation effect–the phenomenon wherein memory ability is greater for self-produced information relative to information that was merely read. I have collaborated on a variety of other research projects examining mental health and attentional processes.
