I was responsible for working the closing shift independently each night. My duties included handling everything from assisting customers, to preparing new chocolate products safely and efficiently, to cleaning and stocking the store each evening to prepare it for the next day.

During the hundreds of calls I took each week, I assisted families in applying for the Low-Income Emergency Assistance Program. I determined if they qualified for the program and provided friendly customer service while entering confidential data into Salesforce.

Safely operated power tools such as hedge trimmers alongside my colleagues so that we could clean up walkways throughout the city. I also completed seed and soil repairs.

Supervised groups of 5-10 children while facilitating engaging games for them. During the pandemic, I was also responsible for sanitizing multiple surfaces to prevent the spread of the virus. I was employed here in summers 2019 and 2020.

I was responsible for providing friendly and efficient service while inputting customer orders into the PoS system. I also completed orders by preparing beverages and collecting pastries, as well as cleaning and stocking the store.
