Schedule all inbound loads according to PO Due Date Track ETA's on all inbound loads Communicate necessary information between Dispatch and Brokers Communicate with Quality to ensure all damaged, contaminated, or questionable materialsare properly inspected before unloading Ensure all inbound loads have proper receiving and quality documentation Schedule all outbound raw material and packaging loads Coordinate all shuttle moves between buildings Process all inbound/outbound UPS and FedEx shipments Verify receipts against manifest and purchase orders Communicate daily schedule and assist Warehouse Associates with daily tasks and needs Process all paperwork for outbound shipments Perform shipping/receiving duties as needed
