Heading up the Conservation Studio at Knole, working alongside Conservation experts to conserve Knole's significant collection as part of their £20m HLF funded project.

As Business Support Manager for the London & South East region of the National Trust I was responsible for the facilities management and strategic development of the 5 regional hubs and their business support staff. I provided advice to the 31 property portfolios across the region; and acted as the key liaison between region and relevant services across the organisation (as well as other stakeholders) and delivering ongoing programmes of service review and improvement to ensure consistent, efficient and effective practice.
