My interest in business came from growing up with self-employed parents, where I saw how you can make such a drastic change in your life with hard work. This is what brought me to the National College of Ireland in 2020 when I started my Bachelor's degree in business. Some of my favourite modules to date include:- Marketing in the Digital Age.- Organisational Behavior.- Technologies for Business.- Entrepreneurship.In 2021 when things started to reopen again after Covid-19 I felt it was time to broaden my skills so I applied for a job in Powerscourt Hotel. I feel as though I was offered the job for my strong customer service skills, flexibility and enjoy working in a team or on my own initiative. I thrive to provide the very best service and have proven the ability to always do what is asked of me, this is why I am continuing to seek work in hospitality with marketing and sales as my focus. Since joining Powerscourt I have learnt and developed the following skills:- Opera System.- Marriott MGS. - Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills.- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.Moving forward in my career I am looking for a summer internship starting in June of 2022.
