Systems Administrator
CurrentAt Merivale, I primarily manage the software the Sales and Event management team uses, called Momentus, which includes CRM, booking, event management, accounting, and reporting. My role requires a keen eye for detail as I assist in data entry to ensure information is correct and up to date, while also troubleshooting the day-to-day queries of the team. I collaborate closely with the finance department by invoicing clients through the system and help follow up outstanding payments. I also have experience updating and extracting Crystal Reports from the system and updating these reports using SQL, which ensures our financial reports pull accurate data relating to our department’s performance. Additionally, I have further developed my organisation and relationship-building skills, where clear communication with both internal and external has been key to identify and develop more efficient processes.
