I enjoy taking sweet materials and turning them into beautiful works of art. My favorite areas to work in are cake decorating and plating finished desserts. Both of these areas allow me to showcase my creativity and express my love for this field.I'm looking to find more opportunities to grow my experience, learn more about the food industry, learn more about marketing and social media, and eventually open my own restaurant.Sustainability has become a newfound interest of mine, and I have been researching how the foodservice industry can incorporate this into its business models and day-to-day operations. To incorporate this into my business ideas, I’d like to learn more about sustainable farming and about how to put the farm-to-table concept into action.Other interests of mine include beginner photography, reading, arts and crafts, mixology, and craft cocktails.
