In my studies, I obtained my Associate's degree from Estrella Mountain community college. My education concentrated on criminal justice processes, effective research methods, and ethics training, but I also learned a lot about general administration practices. I graduated in May of 2014 with honors and decided to continue my education at Arizona State University. With the move, my studies have been temporarily interrupted, but I very much look forward to re-enrolling in classes this fall. I am going to be getting my next degree in science studies. I have thorough work experience in customer service, personal/professional scheduling, and general administrative processes. I have had the privilege of fine-tuning my preexisting customer service skills in fast paced, work environments over the last six years. I have worked with managing personal scheduling as a care provider and assistant manager in three professional roles. It has been expected of me to conduct workflow in a timely and effective manner in order to ensure that my work load remains manageable and data accurate. I am proficient in Microsoft Office. I have a lot of experience in public speaking in both interpersonal and professional capacities. Bending to fulfill the needs of a company or client is a familiar role for me and one that I would be delighted to put back into practice.
