Advanced 3/4+ gymnastics coach

As the Business Office Manager, I manage the day-to-day administrative tasks required to keep the business running smoothly. This includes but is not limited to all paperwork, processing invoices, maintaining databases, collecting expense data, recruiting and training employees, and stocking office with supplies.

I work with children, between the ages of three and 10 years old, on the autism spectrum, and use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to reach each client’s particular goals.My daily tasks typically consist of client care, playing with and encouraging little learners, while also using Natural Environment Teaching to reach targets from their treatment plans.

I taught PreKindergarten for a year and have now started in the Toddler classroom both as a Lead. My duties include curriculum teaching daily for English, Math, Spanish, Sign Language, Writing, and Science.

I started watching children at 12 years old but became a nanny when I was 15 years old. I have watched children between the ages of 7 weeks old to 16 years old. I have experience with children who have special needs including Autism and Down Syndrome. I have been responsible for pick-ups and drop-offs, driving to and from activities, meal prep, light and heavy house cleaning, etc.

I worked as a student teacher in the Infant, Toddler, and Pre-School classrooms at North Dakota State University’s Center for Child Development. I created and implemented lesson plans, read to the children, have done many observations and reflections, and worked to improve the children’s social-emotional, physical, motor, etc. developmental milestones. I loved being in the classroom and working with the wonderful staff and children.

As an Administrative Assistant I was responsible for many things. I had the responsibility to keep all patient files organized and to maintain the front office. I also filed medical records and handled administrative duties, such as going over voicemails and scheduling appointments, along with creating all of the physician’s work schedules.

Helped decorate the main stage for the Minneapolis Home and Garden Show and also helped with a restaurant project at 7 Steakhouse in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN.

I was responsible for supervising students, bible lessons, activities, reading, singing, dancing, and playing with children between the ages of 6 weeks to 10 years old. I would do this on Sunday mornings while their parents are in the church service and on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings for a year during parent group times.
