In light of the current environmental and social developments, sustainability is a matter of my heart. Therefore, I am striving for a career in the buying department to be able to support developing products which do not harm people and our planet. I am a proud to say that I hold a master’s degree in Textile Value Chain Management. By giving an understanding of the whole value chain – from the idea and design, via sourcing, production and distribution, to marketing and after sales services – and how the parts affect each other, this master’s degree taught me that a sustainable change requires the involvement and active participation of all actors in the value chain.
