This includes overseeing service delivery, payroll, accounting, compliance, and audit support while providing essential support to the recruitment and leadership teams. The role ensures efficient workflow across various back-office functions while maintaining high standards in client and contractor management.Key Responsibilities:Service Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process to ensure that client needs are met efficiently. Manage key client accounts and ensure consistent communication and satisfaction.Payroll & Accounting: Full management of payroll processes for day rate contractors and temporary workers. Oversee all financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting for accounting purposes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and timely payment processing.Client & Contractor Management: Handle client onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and contract fulfilment. Provide support for contractor care, ensuring their needs are met and managing their onboarding and offboarding. Build strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.Data & System Management: Oversee system and data management to ensure accuracy, security, and efficiency. Implement improvements to systems where needed for better workflow and data management.Audit Support: Lead and manage both internal and client audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and accurate. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions to meet compliance standards.Collaboration & Support: Act as a key point of support for recruitment, assisting in candidate screening, onboarding, and contract negotiations. Provide significant operational support to the leadership team, contributing to strategic initiatives and decision-making.
