    Within my short time at Ctrack I worked with our field based sales team to deliver ongoing support of our products to customers. Much like my time spent at Minorplanet PLC (Acquired by Ctrack in 2010) one of my responsibilities was to manage any new clients, support them from the outset and continually throughout their contract.     My role was to become the main point of contact for clients within my given territory. I built good relationships with all my customers to which I monitored and reviewed their accounts on a regular basis. Through a good understanding of product knowledge, sales reporting and analysis this enabled me to proactively advise on products which I believed best suited my customer’s own client base. Also introducing any new product or comparable product they would have previously purchased via a competitor supplier. Furthermore I dealt with quotations, tenders and adhoc requests on any bespoke products. My role also gave me the opportunity to expand my territory through introducing new clients and ensuring they had good understanding of our product range and continue to purchase them through our company.In addition to my own customers I liaised and supported my Regional Sales Representative who managed corporate clients within the same territory. These larger accounts were in contact daily, placing orders which I processed, stock and pricing enquiries. My role required that these corporate customers were happy with all products and services we provided, also overseeing any ongoing issues being dealt with by our customer service team, to ensure these were resolved promptly and appropriately.I gained much experience becoming a team member of a Working Group which was introduced by the Board members to ensure that our customers received the very best service we could provide as a company. Within this group I dealt with queries about our stock holding and discussed ongoing problems in all areas of the business to enable quick and fair resolution. Through this working group I gained a great depth of knowledge and understanding of the business, enabling me to build valuable relationships and understanding of other departments within the organisation.
