Key Responsibilities:• Management of account relationships• Placing purchase and production orders based on current manufacturing timelines• Relationship management with offshore production sites in China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia• Sourcing freight quotes• Inventory management• Customer stock reports and product delivery information• Co-ordinating quality control and customer response process• Local purchasing• Monthly forecast reporting• Master data• Coordination of the import process

Key Responsibilities:• Daily reporting for 3PL KPI measurement• Daily reporting for internal KPI measurement• Inventory control• Management of account relationships as part of back end support with retailers• Management of domestic outbound delivery failure reporting• Claims on 3PL for loss of product or revenue through damages• Independent audit arrangements• Management of up to four direct reports• Creation and management of KPIs• Management of direct reports

Key Responsibilities:• Administration• Customer service• Supported credit and finance department in the investigation of return requests to reduce outstanding credit claims• Daily communication with 3PL in relation to incorrectly returned goods, grading, outstanding/overdue collections and delivery failures

• Sales enquiries – telephone, online and in-person• Daily invoicing • Sales reporting and tracking • Data control• Updating company and product information on website • General office management • Making sure all sales orders were dispatched daily according to areas and transport timeframes.
