I have worked for Sandra's Music School in Seven Hills since 2017 as receptionist. I have experience answering phone and email enquiries, resolving conflict and issues with students, parents and teachers, scheduling meetings and lesson times (both weekly and one-off), taking meeting minutes, ensuring reception area is clean and ensuring that kitchen, stationery and bathrooms are stocked.I have experience working with people of different ages, backgrounds and life experiences through paid work and volunteer opportunities. I have the following qualifications Safe Salvos, Working With Children Check (NSW), First Aid Certificate, Certificate II in Business, Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and Food Handler's Certificate.
