I'm a creative person with an analytical mind, so I like to keep my feet on the ground, but my head in the clouds😊. I enjoy being surrounded by inspiring people and learning from them. And then I like to create my own puzzle and world view from those small pieces of wisdom and inspiration. I started my career in the creative world of Christmas decoration production, which gave me an unforgettable experience with creation, small business and a pro-customer approach. From small glassmaking companies and through a year-long invaluable and unforgettable working program in Canada, I got to the automotive giant Škoda Auto, into the world of technology, analysis, planning, presentations and innovation. As an assistant to the head of car production, I learned a lot from more experienced colleagues. Then I realized that I wanted to be a leader too, I wanted to participate more in the direction and future of our company and I wanted to inspire my own team members and help them shine and fulfill their dreams. My path led through Human Resources Management university studies and through further professional development and education towards management membership. Now I am in the charge of the Idea Management department at Škoda Auto, so I can help the company to get better every day thanks to the good ideas of its employees. And I still remain curious, I look at the world not only with my eyes, but also with my heart. And I want to collect more pieces for my life´s puzzle 😊
