The Roark Investment Fellowship is a prestigious, two-semester program designed for college sophomores passionate about Investment Banking and Private Equity, particularly those who identify as Black. The fellowship provides education, access, mentorship, and career opportunities in finance, offering an insider’s view of the industry. Participants receive exceptional education from Roark Capital Investment professionals and mentorship from seasoned experts in both fields. During the winter break, the program also features a networking trek to New York City and Chicago, allowing students to connect with over 15 top investment banks. This fellowship aims to increase access and awareness of these careers for traditionally underrepresented students and provides valuable guidance on networking and the interview process.

- Authored a comprehensive memo on AI trends and software enhancing efficiency in white-collar jobs, focusing on NLP, security & compliance, personalization, and adaptive learning- Conducted due diligence on 10 pre-seed startups aligned with HPTV's investment thesis, identified the top 3 candidates with a combined revenue of $4 million, and created detailed profiles for each- Performed extensive data analytics to identify patterns in AI startups over the last five years and forecasted future success potential for the three selected companies
