Tumor microenvironment analysis from data extracted by scRNA-sequencing using R programming. 2. Research Intern in the Epigenetics Department. Created a scientific poster and company presentation on the following:1. Reverse Phase Arrays (RPA) protocol. Analysis of the results helped determine if RPA would be a technique included for daily company use. Other responsibilities include: - Assured quality of antibodies for distribution by executing 110 Western Blots and Reverse Phase Arrays.- Utilized chemiluminescence and online software for gel labeling.
