As a HR Manager, I'm responsible for shaping and driving our overall HR strategy to support the growth of our company and keep our team of 30 people happy and engaged.

In my role as HR Business Partner, I supported management as well as 25 employees. I was responsible for all HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, internal communication, and enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement. I also surved as a HR consultant for customers. The company developes Plusco app for internal communication so my role was to help customers with successful implementation. I also had the opportunity to present the product at HR conferences and workshops, showcasing its value and functionality to diverse audiences.Additionally, I led training sessions on internal communication and MBTI personality typology.

During my parental leave, I embraced the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally by taking on diverse roles:• Instructor for the HR Specialist Requalification Course (Orange academy)• Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Consultant (self-employed)• Preschool Teacher (covid time)

I was responsible for designing and implementing a global employee development strategy, enabling organizational growth and strengthening talent capabilities. I led global HR projects such as Leadership Academy, 360 Feedback, Mentoring Program, Succession Planning and Talent Program for high potentials. I provided support to HRBPs and Leadership team in the area of employee development.

As an HR Business Partner for the Global Sales and Marketing departments, I was responsible for implementing and managing HR processes and initiatives within these divisions.My key responsibilities included:- Overseeing and ensuring the efficiency of recruitment processes, performance management, employee development, and engagement strategies.- Providing counseling and support to senior leaders as well as line managers.- Supporting employees throughout the entire employee life cycle.Through these efforts, I aimed to support teams in fostering collaboration, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving strategic results.
