I have been working in localisation industry since 2006. The business itself is following the trends very quickly and the environment is very dynamic. This is what I really love about this job.Since 2009 I had been working first in a position of the Project management team lead (the team of 8 people) combined with the role of the Senior Project manager. Since 2015 I worked fully as Group Lead (maximum size of team was 29 people) focusing on administration, hiring, performance reviews, but also intensive work with my PMs, their support, supervision, guidance, mentoring and supporting. Since November 2016 my position changed to more global one - Operations Director for EU/USA. Managing all the production people - engineer, project managers, DTP people who fall under Europe and USA units within the organization.My main goal are happy customers - both internal and external and their long term satisfaction. Since 2019 I am on the ground in the Project Management for the smaller, but very progressive localisation agency. :) Since 2021 the I again have been promoted to people manager besides the PMing as a Head of Localisation department.Looking forward to work with you all.
