A seventh-generation commercial lobster fisherman and self-employed in the lobstering industry for more than ten years. I captain my 31ft Duffy lobster boat, Navigator, and have a deck crew of two that help tend my traps on the coast of Maine. My hard work and dedication to lobstering is the foundation of my work ethic and has helped me tremendously in all aspects of my life.A graduate from The University of Maine (Orono), Class of 2020, holding a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Putting my degree in use I joined Darling's Auto Group in June 2020 at the Honda Nissan Volvo location. I had an overwhelming positive experience with the staff at Darlings H.N.V. and recommend them to anyone looking to enter the marketing/sales field. It was a pleasure to help customers find the best new or pre-owned vehicles while working in an energetic and motivated environment.My passion for marketing/sales began from an early age while working as an event coordinator with The Winter Harbor Lobster Boat Race Committee in 2012. I was fully involved with all fundraising, event scheduling, t-shirt design, communications with manufacturing facilities, sponsorships, and advertisements via print, radio, and social media. Being part of this committee helped me gain great experience in the marketing field, networking, and event planning while also giving back and being an active community member. I aspire to combined my past volunteer experiences, education, and authentic work ethic to present the best version of myself and connect with others.
