Acquire multiple bids from various outside sources.Provide quotations and close sales.Process, review and finalize purchase orders as well as sales orders.Review quality documentation and requirements.Maintain records in sales, purchasing, shipping and receiving.Coordinate with customers, mechanics, warehouse, and other personnel to ensure appropriate quantities of materials are available.Analyze and maintain inventory levels and supply.

Assessed materials, parts and products for conformance with quality control requirements and production specifications.Documented nonconformities immediately and recommended techniques for prompt resolution.Reviewed drawings and blueprints to determine appropriate level of inspection required.Used tools and gauges to conduct physical and visual inspections.

Receive incoming materials and prepare materials for shipment.Verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; log receipt of items on system, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; report materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and route merchandise to destinations.Maintain traceability documentation.
