As Merchandising, Marketing and Compliance Officer at Cannon Pharmacy I am responsible for managing the overall merchandising, marketing, and compliance strategy of the pharmacy. This includes developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing in-store merchandising, and ensuring compliance with all relevant governmental regulations and laws. Project Manager - Plan and execute projects for the Store Design & Construction department. Direct supervision of 10 project teams totaling 20 management associates and 100 hourly associates. Assist in the planning and control of a 15 million dollar budget. Projects include providing a turn-key new store, relocation store, and remodel store. Responsibilities include store layout, merchandise layout, fixture layout, total team and contractor scheduling, human resources, loss prevention, and inventory control. Coordinate and manage the closing of under performing stores.Fleet Manager - Maintain and control a company fleet of vehicles in excess of 220 units with a yearly operating budget of 2 million dollars. Administer policies and procedures that relate to company provided vehicles. Liaison with the vehicle leasing company and state motor vehicle agencies on issues that could affect the company fleet.
