Mr. Michael A. DeMayo is the CEO of DeMayo Law Offices, LLP . Mr. DeMayo along with a group of over 135 dedicated trial attorneys and experienced legal staff have helped over 125,000 clients and family members recover and collect over One Billion Dollars ($1,000,000,000.00) in verdicts, judgements, and settlements for personal injury and wrongful death cases in North Carolina and all over the United States. At UNC -Law School Mr. DeMayo is a member of the 1834 Society and served for the UNC Board of Directors School of Law (Chapel Hill) Alumni Association. He’s also an active member of AAJ, Various Trial Lawyer Colleges, NCTL,American Bar Association;North Carolina Bar Association; North Carolina State Bar; Supreme Court of the United States; North Carolina Brain Injury Association; and Brain Injury Association of America. Additionally his firm has received the Martindale’s Gold client service award consistently for its innovative and outstanding customer service. Mr. DeMayo developed “Arrive Alive,” an outreach program to educate teenagers about the dangers and consequences of underage drinking and driving. Since 2003, Mr. DeMayo also has awarded over $860,000.00 to graduating high school seniors for college through the Michael A. DeMayo Scholarship established in 2002.He is bilingual (Spanish), committed to community involvement and is a philanthropist with a focus on education and the poor.
