Significant experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Tax Exempt Bonds, Section 8 and Housing Assistance Payments Contracts, and a variety of federal and state affordable housing and community development programs. Experienced in counseling financial institutions in secured and unsecured financings, including asset-based loans, revolving lines of credit, letters of credit, and tax-exempt bond issuances to affordable and supportive housing developers.
