Developed vision and strategy for Instagram from the ground up to nearly 500K followers. - cross-departmental email strategy, balancing the needs of marketing and patron communications. Additionally, in this role I:- collaborated with senior members of the marketing team to conceive and execute the creation of the Ballet’s annual season marketing campaign, ensuring consistency across print, digital, and OOH outlets.- provided consultative insight to other marketing directors for all digital advertising (retargeting, display, social) efforts for both patron acquisition and retention.- collaborated with Director of IT and Box Office Treasurers to build annual repertory and Nutcracker performance periods in Tessitura and on nycballet.com.- managed testing and deployment of all major code updates to nycballet.com for season on-sales.-worked closely with development, special events, corporate relations, and education departments to ensure all digital requirements for fundraising, event promotion, corporate sponsorships and public programs are met.- supervised in-theater and Lincoln Center campus digital signage, and the davidhkochtheater.com website for all off-season rentals.- managed the annual Company headshot photo shoot.
