Mike's always up to date with the latest hardware and software, and he knows how to apply that knowledge effectively and efficiently. He's a tested manager of teams and individuals in the tech sector...and he's passed that test, over and over, with flying colors. So far, no surprises. When I first started met Mike (in my dual roles as an outside management consultant working with ARDMS and its now-parent company Inteleos, and as an executive coach working with Mike as a client), I recognized right away that he didn't fit the Typical CIO or CTO mold. First, he was up to date with the latest management texts on leadership, and he'd taught leadership courses. Hmm. Second, he quickly stated his scandalous philosophy: "The People are always more important than the Technology." Hmm!! Mike blends his intimate knowledge of what makes people tick with his intimate knowledge of what makes technology hum. He's as close to a "Renaissance Man" as I've met in the world of high-tech. A great guy and a great hire."

Inteleos™ assumed the non-profit status of ARDMS which was established in 1975 and is a certification organization that delivers rigorous assessments and cultivates a global community of professionals dedicated to the highest standards in healthcare and patient safety. Inteleos is the governance and management company of the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography® (ARDMS®) and the Alliance for Physician Certification and Advancement™As CTO of Inteleos, I provide strategic technology leadership. I direct the activities of the IT Division to ensure that we achieve our organizational goals.
