As an Aquaculture technician my tasks include facility maintenance, animal handling and treatment, as well as data entry and interpretation. Managing an aquatic facility requires a deep understanding of water systems including filters, plumbing and water purifiers such as UV systems and ozonators. Day to day the organisms which I oversee must be cleaned.
