Consolidated 9 processing sites from a six state region into 4 sites within a 4 state region. Reduced distribution center staffing by approximately 20%.PROCESS IMPROVEMENT - Significantly improved revenue by $8.5M by using analytical techniques such as flow charts, surveys, process mapping, time-motion studies, root cause analysis to eliminate duplication, facilitate workflow, and assure optimum utilization of staff equipment.
