Am I the crazy one? (could be!) Who stays at the same company for 17 plus years?! All joking aside, working at KJT from the early start-up days as the first employee, to the more recent growth and expansion days have made it feel as if I’ve had at least 5 careers in this lifetime. What a JOURNEY it has been. I’m always happy to share from my experience – especially if over a cup of bold coffee or a glass of wine; they are two of my favorites after all. As the President/CEO of KJT Group, I oversee the strategic projects and business operations of a global market research and consulting firm that delivers evidence-based solutions to healthcare clients. I lead the company's senior executive team and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.I am passionate about employee ownership and the opportunities it provides for employees to contribute to corporate success and reap the long-term financial benefits. KJT Group is an ESOP company, and I am proud to be a part of this unique and rewarding model. I also enjoy developing and managing high-performance teams, mentoring, coaching, and training to create a cohesive and collaborative working environment.
