I believe workplaces can be spaces of innovation & systems change while elevating people who face marginalization.I started my career in activism & community organizing, with a deep desire to change how business gets done. I learned what it’s like to galvanize passionate groups of people toward strategic change. And I learned that relationships & trust matter most when doing the hard work of transformation.
