About Michael Grubb, Aia, Leed Ap

Chief Operating Officer at Cripe. We are an award-winning Indiana multidisciplinary design firm with a national presence in multiple markets. We are problem solvers, servant leaders and client advocates. We listen to understand in order to consistently deliver high quality design solutions. Founded in 1937, we have been a sole proprietor with only a handful of family type owners. As of 2024, we are 100% ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) where everyone in our organization thinks and acts as owners because they are.
