Provided technical and management support and integration across the Advanced Systems organization and activities during its formation. Served as lead technical SETA for Project Hercules coordinating activities with organizations outside of Advanced Systems. Served as primary advisor to the Hercules Program Manager. Prepared briefings and papers for presentation and delivery to MDA senior staff. Tracked and executed action items and identified issues and proposed mitigation activities. Developed the Project Hercules work breakdown structure for tracking Hercules activities as it evolved into the Advanced Systems organization. Participated in the development of the advanced concepts initiatives programs and budget plans and tracked the development of cost estimates. Supported merger of Advanced Concepts and Advanced Technology organizations and built combined Program Objectives Memorandum (POM). Prepared Project Hercules inputs for the President's Budget and POM descriptive summaries. Drafted sections of the Project Hercules security classification guide and provided inputs on various other classification guides. Prepared technical presentation for special access program security in briefing and helped develop the special access program classification guide.
