Las Vegas, Nevada Area

Oversees all technical aspects of Ground Control's operation. Works with Executive board to deploy new products and technologies, as well as maintain existing products. Responsible for utilization of technical resources between all departments, and oversees maintenance of all technical infrastructure, including CRM management. Also responsible for management of Ground Control's Las Vegas facility, including building operations, staff management and customer handling.

Atascadero, Ca

Responsible for overseeing all Technical Support operations and handling customer escalations. Develop and maintain all customer as well as internal infrastructures pertaining to network and phone hardware. Developed SOPs for various satellite technologies offered by Ground Control, and worked to maintain vendor relations.

San Luis Obispo

Worked on the assembly line of Ground Control's MSS Satellite antennas. Worked with Engineering team to address concerns, and evolution of the antennas. Oversaw assembly operations and provided training to new employees. Worked with purchasing and management to maintain necessary inventory with respect to vendor timelines and manufacturing schedules. Implemented QA and documentation processes to reduce in house and field product issues, as well as streamlined testing procedures. Served as a point of contact for technical escalations and support inquiries. Also handled onsite customer service/repairs.
